Model Home Presentation at Builder's Office with Project Designer Includes:
*Presentation is at no charge to the builder
- Review of overall buyer profile and Community image and competition survey of strengths and weaknesses
- Design and merchandising concept for each model home, i.e. who lives here, also any themes developed, if applicable
- Detailed presentation boards and floor plans depicting furnishings, fabrics and finishes
- Turn-key contract for model homes and any additional services required

Post Model Home Contract Services:
- Interior Specifications using builders vendors and guidelines
- Working Drawings with virtual field support
- Turnkey model homes include purchasing and installation of furnishings, window coverings, plants, accessories etc.
- Formal walk through with client at completion and timely completion of punch list, if there is one
- Photo and written inventory provided for insurance purposes

Sales Support Services:
- Review model concept, special features and memory points with sales team
- Provide sales team with photo inventory to be used to maintain the model
- Provide sales team with all finish specifications and working drawings (if applicable) to pass along to buyers
